TEST. Analyze. enhance.

science-based metabolic analysis

  • RESTING METABOLIC Rate (RMR) TEST

Your Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) is the number of calories that your body uses to sustain basic health and physiological function while at rest. The RMR test is ten minutes long and in that time span, we will be able to collect insights into your individual resting energy expenditure (the ratio between fats and carbs you utilize at rest), breathing capacity and coordination, resting heart rate and variability, and other physiological metrics. Check out the video below on how our testing can help with metabolic slowdown.

  • EXERCISE RAMP TEST (VO2MAX TEST)

In the Exercise Ramp Test, we do not only capture your VO2 Max which is the gold standard for measuring cardiovascular fitness but also your strengths and limiting factors in each training zone tested (look at the bottom of the page at the sample report for more insight). The Exercise Ramp Test is sport specific, which means runners will test on a treadmill, cyclists with their bike on a bike trainer, contact sports athletes on a rower or fan bike, etc. The test starts with a three-minute warmup, a ramp test where we increase the intensity every minute to test your physiological response at various intensities (between 9-12 minutes), and a three-minute cooldown to capture insights into how you recover. This is a max effort test, so get ready to give it your all! Check out the video below showcasing a running exercise ramp test.

  • Analyze. Plan. improve

Our test reports will provide you with insights into your heart health, lung function, cellular fitness, fat-burning efficiency, how your breathing affects your posture and cognition, and many more powerful metrics. We also offer advance reports focused specifically on Weight Loss, Biological Age & Performance, Exercise & Longevity, and a Breathwork Report. Our reports produce a plan for action you can work on with us and/or bring to your current coach or nutritionist to work on your performance and health limiters discovered in your test.

  • “Breath analysis is the only assessment known to mankind that can non-invasively, in just 10 minutes, analyze the combined operation of your heart, your lungs, your circulations and your cellular health. To see how effective your metabolic activities are happening down to a cellular level, understanding how many calories, fats and carbohydrates you’re burning. No other assessment is capable of delivering that”
